Each morning begins with optional wellness practices such as guided sunrise walks and poolside yoga, designed to support nervous system regulation and executive presence. The setting—a private villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea—offers a serene environment conducive to reflection and renewal. Participants will enjoy thoughtfully prepared meals featuring local ingredients, curated by our on-site chef to support vitality and focus throughout the experience.

As each new year brings fresh opportunities and evolving demands, this experience offers space to clarify priorities, explore emerging leadership trends, and identify strategic goals tailored to your unique context. In a confidential, small-group setting, participants will engage in facilitated dialogue designed to surface insights and support intentional planning. Each attendee will also receive a one-on-one executive coaching session with Angela Durham, focused on aligning personal leadership vision with organizational impact—setting the stage for a purposeful and energized 2026.

EPIC Leadership™ Intensive: February 11-16, 2026 Curaçao, Netherlands
Day 1: Arrival & Orientation
Participants convene at 4:00 PM at Curaçao’s Hato International Airport, where group transportation will be provided to our private villa located within the Coral Estates Resort. The evening includes a welcome reception and dinner, offering an opportunity to connect with fellow participants and set intentions for the experience ahead.
Day 2: Strategic Renewal & Community Insight
The day begins with optional wellness practices such as yoga or swimming, followed by breakfast and facilitated dialogue on the theme: The Quiet Power of Reinvention. Participants will explore leadership trends, personal transitions, and community impact. In the afternoon, we engage with local leaders to examine the organizational strategies behind Curaçao’s annual Carnival, including the coordination of over 1,900 volunteers. This session offers insight into sustained motivation, cultural reinvention, and generational leadership.
Day 3: Personal Leadership & Resilience
Morning reflection time is available for journaling, ocean-view meditation, or informal conversation. After breakfast, we dive into facilitated sessions focused on personal leadership, resilience-building, and strategic influence. Participants will identify key insights for the year ahead and explore how to empower teams and communities. The day concludes with a chef-prepared dinner and informal peer dialogue.
Day 4: Designing with Intention
Participants engage in guided reflection and group discussion to begin architecting their next chapter—clarifying what to carry forward and what to release. Optional afternoon activities include a cultural walking tour of Willemstad’s historic murals, on-site spa services, or personal time for rest and integration.
Day 5: Integration & Celebration
This capstone day brings together the insights, strategies, and connections cultivated throughout the retreat. Participants will engage in final coaching and reflection sessions, followed by a celebratory experience with local partners during Curaçao’s Grand March parade—an opportunity to honor growth, connection, and cultural exchange.
Day 6: Departure
Group breakfast and closing remarks will be held poolside before transportation to the airport. Participants are advised to schedule return flights after 12:00 PM.
