WELCOME TO THE INVITATIONAL
This fun, all-inclusive, five-day regenerative leadership experience is designed to empower, encourage and engage individuals in bringing their personal leadership to their communities. The Invitational is a resource for people who have had to navigate tremendous change over the past several years and provides concentrated space to focus and realign one's resources with the changing landscape. Participants will meet with Angela before arrival to discuss personal goals and provide a context for the 5 days of leadership-level briefings, personal reflection, group feedback and action planning to come. During the Invitational, participants are hosted in a luxurious, private villa in Curaçao while enjoying daily cultural excursions and delicious local fare prepared by our chef!

Arrival Day:
Bon Bini! We convene at 4pm at Curaçao's Hato International Airport. Our driver will transport us to a private villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Get to know your island mates Dushi-Style with a casual reception and welcome dinner.
Day 1:
Enjoy waking up to the sounds of the island‘s brightly colored Trupials before taking a lap in our private pool. Relax with coffee and fresh pastechi while getting to know your colleagues before heading into our topics for the day. In case you’re still wondering what’s on everyone’s mind, we’re talking about Thriving! If change is a constant, then how do we help our people stay grounded, focused and thriving in the coming year? How do we overcome conflict to inspire and empower others?
The afternoon is reserved for private reflection exercises before venturing over to Cas Abao Beach, cited as a Top 10 Beach by National Geographic Magazine.
Day 2:
Still decompressing from the holidays? Wondering what’s next? Reinvigorate yourself with morning yoga followed by fresh brewed coffee and seasonal fruit while overlooking the beautiful Caribbean. Our day‘s discussions invite us to focus on what‘s shifted and what needs to be reevaluated in the coming year.
Later that afternoon, we venture into the popular and historic Pietermaai District, home to the Kura Hulanda Museum.
Day 3:
We continue to encourage bold visioning with the support and guidance of small group discussions. Together we reflect on the strategies needed to support our visions. We gather feedback and evaluate action plans to challenge our thinking and mitigate our own saboteurs. Of course we take advantage of local culture, shopping and dinner hopping on the famed Mambo Beach.
Day 4:
Morning sunrise is my favorite time to reflect. Join me for a cup of coffee or to simply take in the ocean views. This is the day where we lay out our plans for the coming year.
Our final evening together will be a celebration for sure! A 5 course masterpiece of a dinner, served by Chef Brandon, will give us ample opportunity to acknowledge the magic of the moment.

What is included in the program fees?The 2025 Invitational Program prepares today’s leaders for tomorrow. Each year leaders face changing workplace priorities, new team challenges and opportunities for personal growth. Whether this means navigating a pivotal career transition or simply planning next steps, The 2025 Invitational Program serves as a launchpad for taking confident, decisive action in the coming year. Starting in early November with a personalized Discovery Session™, participants begin to examine their personal and professional aspirations. In January the cohort gathers for a four-day, five-night Intensive to discuss their leadership opportunities and refine their personal vision. Supported by executive coaching and small group discussion, participants identify new tools and strategies to take back to work. Once they return, they continue to grow through a post program Intervision. Walk into the new year, confident in your vision and supported with the tools and strategies to get you there! In addition to all the materials and individual coaching, the program fee includes: Five nights lodging and accommodations at our private villa Three meals daily (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner daily) Transportation and admission to daily cultural excursions

How do I reserve my spot?A deposit of $500 is due upon registration. To secure your spot at The 2025 Invitational, please register with your deposit as soon as possible. Space is limited and only payments in full can be honored. To make this program more accessible, we also offer a simple payment plan. An additional payment of $1,300 is due October 4, 2024 with the final balance of $3,950 due on or before November 1, 2024. This schedule allows us to finalize contracts with local partners ensuring the best experience possible.

Do you accept company sponsorships?Yes, of course! Companies frequently sponsor executive coaching for their leadership teams. We have provided a Program Description that you can use for reimbursement.

What if I have last minute changes to my calendar?We understand that plans can change and appreciate your understanding regarding our cancellation policy. How do I get to Curaçao ?JetBlue provides daily non-stop service from New York-JFK to Curaçao International Airport. Delta also offers weekly non-stop Saturday service from Atlanta. Additionally, other airlines provide daily service from major European cities including Frankfurt, Berlin, Paris-CDG, London-Heathrow, Munich, Zurich, and Düsseldorf.
