WELCOME TO THE INVITATIONAL
This fun, all-inclusive, five-day regenerative leadership experience is designed to empower, encourage and engage individuals in bringing their personal leadership to their communities. The Invitational is a resource for people who have had to navigate tremendous change over the past several years and provides concentrated space to focus and realign one's resources with the changing landscape. Participants will meet with Angela before arrival to discuss personal goals and provide a context for the 5 days of leadership-level briefings, personal reflection, group feedback and action planning to come. During the Invitational, participants are hosted in a luxurious, private villa in Curaçao while enjoying daily cultural excursions and delicious local fare prepared by our chef!

PROGRAM ITINERARY
Tuesday, February 6 (Arrival Day):
Bon Bini! We convene at 4pm at Curaçao's Hato International Airport. Our driver will transport us to a private villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Get to know your island mates Dushi-Style with a casual reception and welcome dinner.
Wednesday, February 7:
Enjoy waking up to the sounds of the island‘s brightly colored Trupials before taking a lap in our private pool. Relax with coffee and fresh pastechi while getting to know your colleagues before heading into our topics for the day. In case you’re still wondering what’s on everyone’s mind, we’re talking about Thriving! If change is a constant, then how do we help our people stay grounded, focused and thriving in the coming year? How do we overcome conflict to inspire and empower others? Throughout the coming week we‘ll explore how the latest in neuroscience and positive intelligence can accelerate your leadership success in the coming year.
The afternoon is reserved for private reflection exercises before venturing over to Cas Abao Beach, cited as a Top 10 Beach by National Geographic Magazine.
Thursday, February 8:
Still decompressing from the holidays? Wondering what’s next? Reinvigorate yourself with morning yoga followed by fresh brewed coffee and seasonal fruit while overlooking the beautiful Caribbean. Our day‘s discussions invite us to focus on what‘s shifted and what needs to be reevaluated in the coming year.
Later that afternoon, we venture into the popular and historic Pietermaai District, home to the Kura Hulanda Museum.
Friday, February 9:
We continue to encourage bold visioning with the support and guidance of small group discussions. Together we reflect on the strategies needed to support our visions. We gather feedback and evaluate action plans to challenge our thinking and mitigate our own saboteurs. Of course we take advantage of local culture, shopping and dinner hopping on the famed Mambo Beach.
Saturday, February 10:
Morning sunrise is my favorite time to reflect. Join me for a cup of coffee or to simply take in the ocean views. This is the day where we lay out our plans for the coming year.
Our final evening together will be a celebration for sure! A 5 course masterpiece of a dinner, served by Chef Brandon, will give us ample opportunity to acknowledge the magic of the moment.
Sunday, February 11:
We celebrate our great work together by attending the opening parade for Carnaval 2024 followed by dinner hopping in the ever-popular Pietermaai!
Monday, February 12 (Departure Day):
Departure day. We’ll say fond farewells over morning breakfast before boarding group transportation to the airport.

What is included in the program fees?The 2024 Leadership Invitational is a six night, 5 day, all-inclusive program held in a private villa on the island of Curaçao. It is holistic experience designed to awaken bold vision and inspire clear, decisive action. The learning journey is a carefully curated set of activities beginning with an Individual Discovery Session and a Small Group Orientation prior to arrival followed by 10 hours of Small Group Coaching, reinforced by daily cultural experiences while onsite and concluding with a Small Group Intervision to support ongoing development and accountability 30 days post return. Program fees inclusive of coaching, daily activities, lodging and meals total $7,250.

How do I reserve my spot?A deposit of $500 is due upon registration. An additional payment of $1,000 is due December 1, 2023 with the final balance of $5,750 due on or before January 5, 2024. This schedule allows us to finalize contracts with local partners ensuring the best experience possible.

Do you accept company sponsorships?Yes, of course! Companies frequently sponsor executive coaching for their leadership teams. We have provided a Program Description that you can use for reimbursement.

What if I have last minute changes to my calendar?Please address cancellations or changes by email to ADurham@RedwoodConsultingPartners.com.
